Our Commitment to Digital Accessibility

ENVY Digital Solutions, a division of Ultimate Lead Generation Mastery, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), is committed to ensuring that our websites, landing pages, funnels, and digital content are accessible to all individuals, including those with disabilities. We believe that every person deserves equal access to the information and services we provide — regardless of ability.

Accessibility Standards We Follow

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities. Our accessibility efforts are guided by four core principles — that our content should be:

  • Perceivable — Information and user interface components must be presentable to users in ways they can perceive.
  • Operable — User interface components and navigation must be operable.
  • Understandable — Information and the operation of the user interface must be understandable.
  • Robust — Content must be robust enough that it can be interpreted by a wide variety of user agents, including assistive technologies.

Measures We Are Taking to Support Accessibility

We are actively working to improve accessibility across our digital properties. Current and ongoing efforts include:

WordPress Sites

  • Selecting accessibility-ready themes and plugins
  • Using descriptive alt text for all meaningful images
  • Maintaining sufficient color contrast ratios throughout site design
  • Ensuring all form fields include descriptive labels
  • Structuring content with proper heading hierarchy (H1, H2, H3)
  • Providing keyboard-navigable menus and interactive elements
  • Including captions or transcripts for audio and video content where feasible

Systeme and HighLevel (GoHighLevel) Sites, Funnels, and Landing Pages

  • Structuring landing page content with clear, logical reading order
  • Using descriptive button labels (avoiding vague text such as "Click Here" or "Learn More" without context)
  • Providing alt text for all images included in funnels and email campaigns
  • Ensuring opt-in forms include properly labeled input fields
  • Reviewing automated email and SMS content for clarity and readability

Note: Some third-party features and integrations within the Systeme or HighLevel platforms may be outside our direct control. We will advocate with platform providers to improve accessibility where we identify gaps.

Known Limitations

While we strive to achieve full WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance, some areas of our digital properties may not yet meet all accessibility standards. Known or potential limitations include:

  • Certain third-party embeds (videos, forms, widgets) hosted on external platforms that may not be fully accessible
  • Legacy content created prior to our current accessibility practices that is under review
  • Systeme and HighLevel platform-native elements that are governed by the respective platform providers' own accessibility roadmaps

We are committed to identifying and remediating accessibility barriers on an ongoing basis. If you encounter a specific barrier, please contact us and we will prioritize a resolution.

Compatibility with Assistive Technologies

Our websites and digital properties are designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:

  • Screen readers (including JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver)
  • Keyboard-only navigation
  • Browser zoom and text resizing tools
  • High-contrast display modes
  • Voice recognition software (including Dragon NaturallySpeaking)

  • U.S. Department of Justice — Civil Rights Division, Disability Rights Section (www.ada.gov)
  • U.S. Access Board (www.access-board.gov)

Nothing in this statement limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

Third-Party Content and Platforms

Our digital properties may include content, tools, or integrations provided by third parties (including but not limited to payment processors, scheduling tools, social media embeds, and video hosting platforms). We do not control third-party content and cannot guarantee its accessibility. Where feasible, we select third-party providers who demonstrate a commitment to accessibility. If you encounter a third-party accessibility barrier on one of our pages, please notify us and we will work to identify an accessible alternative.

Statement Review and Updates

We review and update this Accessibility Statement at least annually, or sooner if significant changes are made to our digital properties. The date of last review is indicated at the top of this document. Ongoing accessibility work is integrated into our standard website maintenance and content development processes.
